I have had the pleasure of working with her since 2016. I was relocating from another state to the Hampton Roads area and had a short window after a job interview to make sure this was some place I wanted to live. Jillian was responsive prior to my visit via emails and text, used my time valuably and set up multiple showings for rental properties. While this wasn't even her primary job, she didn't scoff like some other realtors that felt it was beneath them to show rentals. So of course when time came to buy I went with Jillian Hooper. She connected me with experts in mortgage qualification and title and closing companies making closing on my first home a breeze. A few years later, I sold and bought a larger home due to kids and then downsized due to a divorce and most recently sold my divorce digs for a new build dream home. In all of these transactions, Jillian has been my go to gal! She has consistently gotten me to close within 60 days or less. Yes, you read that right. Last property was listed October 7th, offer accepted October 19 and closed on November 25 while simultaneously purchasing a new property. There is no sleezy sales pitches, shes efficient with my time and delivers everything with attention detail, digitally and diligently. There's never pressure or drama. I get rmails of properties I might be interested in, she sets up a house hunting tour better than any on any of those TV shows, lets me look around and now knows me so well that she had the tentative offer drafted and waiting for me to sign as I came out the property. My girl does not waste time or money! After buying and selling this many times with Jillian I can't imagine working with anyone else. She has that golden touch that gets to sold regardless of the company she works for. I didn't think home ownership was a possibility for me given certain circumstances but your girl came thru with her dream team every time, making my dreams a reality. Lindsey was a wonderful realtor to work with. She cared about our housing wants & needs, worked within our budget, and was very flexible during the workweek and weekend. Lindsey was born here, so she knows the area well. She’s a part of the community and knows the ins/outs of Hampton Roads. I would use Lindsey again but she found us the perfect home! We had a very short timeline and she got it done. She scheduled anything that came up and needed to be done. She always kept in communication with us updating us through it all. We had to move before the final closing and she still took care of it all. Even when the below freezing temperatures came she called to let us know she went to the house to drip the faucets and turn the heat up!! That is taking care of your clients. Aisha is the best realtor you could ever ask for. She was our realtor when we bought our first home almost a decade ago, she was incredibly patient with us, as first time home-buyers. She made sure we understood every step of the process, probably had it to explain it to us multiple times and was happy to do so to make us feel at ease. She has been in the industry for a long time and was able to make recommendations for everything we needed. We loved working with her some much that it was a no brainer of who we wanted to help us sell our first home and help us find our forever home.
